A General Discussion of Typhoons in The Northwest Pacific Area in 1974.

ABSTRACT

　　Except Feb. there are 32 typhoons developed in The West Pacific Area in this year, 5 Occurred in each Aug., and Spt., 4 created in each Jun. Jul. Oct. and Nov.
　　Among these typhoons there were 3 influenced Taiwan and only one (WENDY )of this 3 invaded northeast part of Taiwan.
　　In this paper, except gives a general discussion, we put emphasis on the typhoons which had special track and life. Some statistical results are also presented.
