The Relationships between Typhoons Billie, Dot, and Ellen

Abstract .

　　In the first part of this work a general investigation of the tracks of typhoons Billie, Dot, and Ellen is presented.We find that they are more or less mutually affected.The second part contributed to a discussion of their interaction.It is mainly on the so called Fujiwhara effect occured between Billie and Dot. Through this discussion we concluded that such an effect is really a result of steering. It happened under certain steering conditions only.
