颱風侵襲下台灣各地雨量及台北盆地水災之初步研析

A Preliminary Investigation of Precipitations over Taiwan and Floods in the Taipei Basin During the Invasion of Typhoons

Abstract

　　The invasions of Typhoon have caused varied precipitations over Taiwan and some of them have resulted in floodsin the Taipei Basin. The trajectories of Typhoons that inveded Taiwan or adjacent areas were grouped into eight main categories. In this article, the author makes a detailed analysis of the precipitations over Taiwan during the invasion of each category of Typhoons. The floods in the Taipei Basin and their prediction are also investigated.
