and Atmospheric Administration, NOAA\uff09\u7684\u5730\u7403\u540c\u6b65\u4f5c\u696d\u74b0\u5883\u6c23\u8c61\u885b\u661f\uff08Geostationary Operational Environmental Satellite, GOES\uff09\u6240\u63d0\u4f9b\u7684\u89c0\u6e2c\u8cc7\u6599\uff0c\u85c9\u7531NOAA\/GOES-18\u6240\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e4b\u592a\u7a7a\u74b0\u5883\u4e2d\u9ad8\u80fd\u7c92\u5b50\u7684\u89c0\u6e2c\u6578\u64da\uff0c\u76e3\u6e2c\u50b3\u64ad\u81f3\u8fd1\u5730\u592a\u7a7a\u7684\u9ad8\u80fd\u7c92\u5b50\u80fd\u91cf\u5206\u5e03\u8207\u901a\u91cf\u5bc6\u5ea6\uff0c\u4e26\u6c7a\u5b9a\u592a\u967d\u8f3b\u5c04\u66b4\uff08Solar radiation storm\uff09\u7684\u7b49\u7d1a\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u8cea\u5b50\u901a\u91cf\u5bc6\u5ea6\u7684\u80fd\u91cf\u5340\u5206\u70ba\u226510\u3001\u226550\u3001\u2265100\u8207\u2265500\u767e\u842c\u96fb\u5b50\u4f0f\u7279\uff08MeV\uff09\u56db\u7d44\u3002\u7576\u8cea\u5b50\u901a\u91cf\u63d0\u5347\u6642\uff0c\u4e3b\u8981\u6703\u9020\u6210\u4eba\u9020\u885b\u661f\u672c\u9ad4\u7684\u8868\u9762\u96fb\u8377\u4e0a\u5347\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u5f71\u97ff\u5230\u885b\u661f\u64cd\u63a7\u8207\u529f\u80fd\uff1b\u53e6\u4e00\u65b9\u9762\u4e5f\u6703\u63d0\u5347\u9ad8\u7a7a\u4e2d\u7684\u8f3b\u5c04\u901a\u91cf\uff0c\u9020\u6210\u98db\u822a\u8f3b\u5c04\u589e\u52a0\uff0c\u4e26\u53ef\u80fd\u5f71\u97ff\u9ad8\u7def\u5ea6\u7684\u7121\u7dda\u96fb\u901a\u8a0a\u3002\u6578\u64da\u7531\u592a\u7a7a\u5929\u6c23\u4f5c\u696d\u8fa6\u516c\u5ba4\u6bcf5\u5206\u9418\u66f4\u65b0\u5f8c\u7e6a\u88fd\u6210\u5716\u6a94\u7522\u54c1\uff0c\u7522\u54c1\u6642\u9593\u9577\u5ea6\u70ba3\u65e5\u5716\u6a94\u3002\u7531\u65bcNOAA\/GOES\u885b\u661f\u70ba\u5730\u7403\u540c\u6b65\u885b\u661f\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u6bcf\u5e74\u6625\u5206\u3001\u79cb\u5206\u6642\u671f\uff0c\u6703\u56e0\u70ba\u4eba\u9020\u885b\u661f\u8ecc\u9053\u6070\u597d\u548c\u592a\u967d\u8207\u5730\u7403\u9023\u6210\u4e00\u7dda\uff0c\u5f62\u6210\u885b\u661f\u98df\u6216\u5f71\u97ff\u8a0a\u865f\u50b3\u64ad\uff0c\u9020\u6210\u89c0\u6e2c\u8cc7\u6599\u77ed\u66ab\u4e2d\u65b7\u3002\u66f4\u591a\u6709\u95dc\u8aaa\u660e\u5167\u5bb9\uff0c\u53ef\u53c3\u8003\u6c23\u8c61\u7f72\u79d1\u6559\u65b0\u77e5\u4e0b\u7684<a href=\"https:\/\/swoo.cwa.gov.tw\/V2\/page\/Outreach\/NOAAGOES.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">NOAA\/GOES\u4ecb\u7d39<\/a>\u9801\u9762\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u8cea\u5b50\u901a\u91cf\u89c0\u6e2c\u6578\u64da\u4f86\u81ea<a href=\"https:\/\/www.goes-r.gov\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer
