A)\u4e4b\u8f3b\u5c04\u8a08\uff0c\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u672a\u642d\u914d\u7d71\u4e00\u7684\u6821 \u6b63\u7a0b\u5e8f\u53ca\u8cc7\u6599\u54c1\u7ba1\u6d41\u7a0b(Quality Control, QC)\uff0c\u4ee5\u81f4\u8cc7\u6599\u61c9\u7528\u4e0a\u7522\u751f\u7591\u616e\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u672c\u7814\u7a76\u5efa\u7f6e\u4e00\u5957\u9069\u5408 \u81fa\u7063\u6c23\u8c61\u5c40\u8f3b\u5c04\u8cc7\u6599\u4e4b QC \u6d41\u7a0b\uff0c\u6aa2\u8996 2002 \u81f3 2020 \u5e74\u5171\u9054 19 \u5e74\uff0c30 \u500b\u5c40\u5c6c\u6c23\u8c61\u7ad9\u5730\u9762\u81ea\u52d5\u6c23\u8c61\u89c0 \u6e2c\u7cfb\u7d71(ASOS)\u4e4b\u5168\u5929\u7a7a\u77ed\u6ce2\u8f3b\u5c04\u8cc7\u6599\uff0c\u6a19\u8a3b\u53ef\u7591\u6216\u7570\u5e38\u7684\u89c0\u6e2c\u8cc7\u6599\uff0c\u4e26\u7d66\u4e88\u8cc7\u6599\u76f8\u5c0d\u61c9\u4e4b\u65d7\u6a19(Flag 0- 7)\uff0c\u4ee5\u63d0\u5347\u5927\u6c23\u8f3b\u5c04\u8cc7\u6599\u7684\u53ef\u7528\u6027\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u9577\u671f\u8cc7\u6599\u54c1\u7ba1\u6d41\u7a0b\u53ef\u5206\u70ba\u5169\u968e\u6bb5\u6aa2\u9a57\u6d41\u7a0b\uff0c\u7b2c\u4e00\u968e\u6bb5\u4ee5\u55ae\u7ad9\u9577\u671f\u8cc7\u6599\u9032\u884c\u8655\u7406\uff0c\u5148\u6ffe\u9664\u7570\u5e38\u503c\u5f8c\uff0c \u500b\u5c40\u5c6c\u7ad9\u4e4b\u8cc7\u6599\u54c1\u4fdd\u53ef\u7528\u7387\u7686\u8d85\u904e 90%\uff0c\u63a5\u8457\u9032\u884c\u6bcf\u65e5\u6c23\u5019\u6700\u5927\u503c(Daily Climate Maximum)\u6aa2\u5b9a\uff0c\u6aa2\u8996\u8cc7\u6599\u65bc\u9023\u7e8c 6 \u500b\u6708\u671f\u9593\uff0c\u638c\u63e1\u662f \u5426\u5b58\u5728\u5100\u5668\u8001\u5316\u3001\u6821\u6b63\u4fc2\u6578\u504f\u96e2\u3001\u5100\u5668\u6bc0\u640d\u6545\u969c\u7b49\u60c5\u5f62\uff0c\u6263\u9664\u6709\u4e0a\u8ff0\u7591\u616e\u4e4b\u8cc7\u6599\u5f8c\uff0c\u5404\u6e2c\u7ad9\u4e4b\u8cc7\u6599\u54c1 \u4fdd\u53ef\u7528\u7387\u4e0b\u964d\u81f3 53-95%\u4e4b\u9593\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u6821\u6b63\u4fc2\u6578\u504f\u96e2\u662f\u5f71\u97ff\u8cc7\u6599\u54c1\u8cea\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u539f\u56e0\uff0c\u51f8\u986f\u5b9a\u671f\u6821\u6b63\u8f3b\u5c04\u5100 \u5668\u4e4b\u91cd\u8981\u6027\u3002\u7b2c\u4e8c\u968e\u6bb5\u70ba\u4f7f\u7528\u7b2c\u4e00\u968e\u6bb5\u7be9\u9078\u51fa\u7684\u9ad8\u54c1\u8cea\u8cc7\u6599\uff0c\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u52a0\u5165\u9130\u8fd1\u6e2c\u7ad9\u5006\u5006\u9032\u884c\u76f8\u95dc\u6027\u53ca \u6211\u5011\u4e5f\u52a0\u5165\u4eba\u5de5\u5224\u5b9a\uff0c\u8a3b\u8a18\u6709\u7591\u616e\u7684\u89c0\u6e2c\u8cc7\u6599\u5340\u9593\u3002\u6700\u5f8c\uff0c\u672c\u7814\u7a76\u4ee5 2020 \u5e74\u70ba\u57fa\u790e\uff0c\u6bd4\u5c0d QC \u5f8c\u9ad8\u54c1 \u8cea\u5730\u9762\u89c0\u6e2c\u8cc7\u6599\u8207 Himawari-8 \u885b\u661f\u53cd\u6f14\u65e5\u5c04\u91cf\u5dee\u7570\uff0c\u7d50\u679c\u986f\u793a\u5169\u8005\u7684\u76f8\u95dc\u4fc2\u6578\u9ad8\u9054 0.96\uff0c\u5404\u6708\u7684\u76f8 \u95dc\u4fc2\u6578\u4ecb\u65bc 0.94 \u81f3 0.97\u3002\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u6aa2\u9a57\u885b\u661f\u53cd\u6f14\u5728\u6642\u7a7a\u4e0a\u7684\u8868\u73fe\uff0c\u7d50\u679c\u986f\u793a\uff0c\u5728\u82b1\u84ee\u5730\u5340\u885b\u661f\u53cd\u6f14\u6bd4\u5730 \u9762\u89c0\u6e2c\u9ad8\u7d04 27.9%\uff0c\u5317\u90e8\u5730\u5340\u5247\u6709\u7d04 4.6%\u7684\u4f4e\u4f30\uff0c\u6708\u4efd\u4e0a\uff0c\u504f\u9ad8\u60c5\u5f62\u4ee5 3 \u6708\u7684 6.5%\u6700\u70ba\u660e\u986f\uff0c\u6574\u9ad4 \u4f86\u8aaa\uff0c\u885b\u661f\u53cd\u6f14\u76f8\u6bd4\u5730\u9762\u89c0\u6e2c\u666e\u904d\u5448\u73fe\u9ad8\u4f30\u7684\u60c5\u5f62\u3002\u672c\u7814\u7a76\u767c\u5c55\u51fa\u4e00\u5957\u56b4\u683c\u7684\u8f3b\u5c04\u8cc7\u6599 QC \u6d41\u7a0b\uff0c\u78ba \u8a8d\u904e\u53bb\u9577\u9054 19
