The objective diagrams for forecasting daily rainfall, wind force, and sky condition have been worked out. Based on these diagrams it is found that in October and November the weather conditions in Taipei are greatly influenced by typhoon circulations; while in December, the situation is completely different. In addition, the outer boundary of typhoon tracks for each winter month is prepared in\u00a0 accordance with typhoon climatological data from 1952 to 1971.
