\u3000\u3000\u53e6\u5916\u63a2\u8a0e ENSO \u4e8b\u4ef6\u5c0d\u53f0\u7063\u5730\u5340\u98b1\u98a8\u5b63\u7bc0\u964d\u96e8\u91cf\u5e74\u969b\u8b8a\u5316\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\uff0c\u64da\u524d\u4eba\u7814\u7a76\u986f\u793a\u897f\u592a\u5e73\u6d0b\u5730\u5340\u71b1\u5e36\u6c23\u65cb\u64fe\u52d5\u7684\u751f\u6210\u8207\u767c\u5c55\u548c ENSO \u4e4b\u9593\u7684\u76f8\u95dc\u6027\u70ba 74%\uff1b\u672c\u6587\u7814\u7a76\u7d50\u679c\u986f\u793a\u4fb5\u53f0\u98b1\u98a8\u548c\u897f\u592a\u5e73\u6d0b\u5730\u5340\u71b1\u5e36\u6c23\u65cb\u64fe\u52d5(\u98b1\u98a8)\u7684\u751f\u6210\u8207\u767c\u5c55\u7684\u76f8\u95dc\u6027\u70ba 29%\uff0c\u63db\u53e5\u8a71\u8aaa\uff0c\u7576\u897f\u592a\u5e73\u6d0b\u5730\u5340\u71b1\u5e36\u6c23\u65cb\u64fe\u52d5(\u98b1\u98a8)\u751f\u6210\u6642\uff0c\u7d04\u6709 40% \u6703\u5c0d\u53f0\u7063\u9020\u6210\u5f71\u97ff\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u5728\u98b1\u98a8\u5b63\u7bc0 ENSO \u4e8b\u4ef6\u5c0d\u53f0\u7063\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\u4e5f\u662f\u76f4\u63a5\u7684\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n
